Working closely with our estimating department, Curtis selects the best-suited estimator for each job and further assists the team by reviewing every project in detail to help ensure we deliver the best value to our customers.
Curtis also plays a significant role in employee development and incorporates a proactive
safety culture throughout our organization.
Expertise
Entering the construction industry in 1998, Curtis has extensive, hands-on expertise. He began performing masonry and concrete work during his summer breaks while in high school. After graduation, he spent several years in the residential market, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
Curtis started his fire sprinkler career working in the field, then attended a local college for CAD drafting. He was hired by Dalmatian as a Drafter and progressed to Designer/Project Manager, Estimator, Estimating Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager.
Working with high-profile clients across the state, Curtis’s experience features work in a wide variety of markets, including automotive, logistics, data centers, research laboratories, high education, manufacturing, and more. Further, he is NICET Level IV certified.
